2. Services
We offer holiday let management services including but not limited to:
- Guest communication and booking management
- Key holding and check-in/check-out coordination
- Cleaning and linen management
- Property inspection and maintenance coordination
- Listing management on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
The specific services provided will be agreed in writing prior to commencement and detailed in your individual service agreement.
3. Service Agreements
All ongoing management arrangements will be confirmed in a separate written service agreement, which will set out specific terms including fees, notice periods, responsibilities, and any special conditions applicable to your property.
4. Fees and Payment
Our management fees are outlined on our website and confirmed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any additional costs incurred on your behalf (such as maintenance or emergency repairs) will be communicated to you before work is carried out wherever possible, and invoiced transparently.
5. Owner Responsibilities
As a property owner, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your property complies with all applicable Spanish and local regulations, including any licence requirements for tourist rentals
- Maintaining appropriate insurance for your property
- Ensuring the property is in a suitable condition for guest stays
- Providing accurate information about your property
6. Limitation of Liability
Tenerife Property Care will take reasonable care in managing your property and communications. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Damage caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear (though we will assist in pursuing resolution through platform dispute processes)
- Loss of income due to platform policy changes, low demand, or factors outside our control
- Third-party contractor errors where we have engaged them in good faith
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months prior to any claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms or the service agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to active clients. The current version will always be available on this page.
