Hi, I'm Christian.
I'm 61, originally from Germany, and I've lived in the UK long enough to understand how British property owners think — and worry.
A few years ago, I started looking at property in Tenerife. Beautiful island, great climate, and for many UK buyers, it feels like a sensible place to put money. But the more I researched, the more I noticed the same problem coming up again and again:
British owners buy a place, then struggle to make it actually earn rental income from 2,000 miles away.
They'd list on Airbnb, get a few bookings, then silence. Or they'd find a local cleaner on Facebook, but coordinating everything — photos, pricing, guest messages, maintenance — became a second job they never signed up for. Some gave up and left their properties empty for months.
I thought: there has to be a better way.
What I Do Now
I don't run a big management company with an office in Playa de las Américas. Not yet.
What I do is coordinate. I work with vetted local professionals in Tenerife — cleaners, photographers, handymen, key holders — and I manage the relationship so you don't have to. I optimise your listings across Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. I adjust pricing based on demand. I handle guest communication in proper English.
